"This used to be a great customer service office. Not anymore. One time i called in regards my bill, the girl who answered took 4 months to call me back. Then this time i called to get a car quote since i was buying a car, this was 1 week ago...Well im still waiting for her to call...what an AWFUL C/S they have now. Will be changing agents that for sure!"

"I have had the very worst experience with State Farm. I have full coverage on my car and now have a claim and suddenly I am not a valued customer. I know my rights and will be filing a complaint with the Insurance Commissioner. My car was stolen through no fault of my own, it was found with damages, after a month now, I still don't have my car back in the condition it was in before the theft. I also haven't talked to the same person twice. This is UNACCEPTABLE"
